Sometimes our available agency applicants might not be what you’re looking for, or there is a shortage of available au pairs during the quietest times of the year. Instead we can help you find your own au pair, or screen the applicants you find yourself. They might come from any of the various online listing sites, or someone you know through a friend for example.

Our screening will give you greater peace of mind about their background, childcare capabilities, expectations, and commitment to au pair responsibilities.

Choose from 2 options:

1. 1. Full screen service of your preferred applicant – $550 per applicant
      • Find your own applicant/s then send us their profile information and contact details.
      • We request they complete our online application form listing detailed information about their background, childcare experience, health, motivations, expectations etc
      • We request they obtain 1 or more childcare references which we will check.
      • We will present you with the submitted paperwork and a report with our comments, and provide a placement agreement template for you both to complete.
      • If you proceed, we will provide some information to your applicant to assist with visa, insurance, arrival arrangements and any immigration requirements.

       

   2. Basic screen service – $225 per applicant; 
      • Find your own applicant/s, then send us their profile information and contact details.
      • We advise on their likely eligibility for the appropriate visa, suitability to be an au pair in Australia, and adaptability to your family’s requirements.
      • You would then complete the interviews and placement arrangements with your preferred applicants yourself.
      • For an additional $55 fee we will provide a placement agreement template for you both to complete.

Please note we are not able to provide ongoing placement support for any applicants sourced through the above services.
